This memo is to inform you that on Monday, April 6, 2020, the Board of Regents and the New York State Education Department (NYSED or 鈥渢he Department鈥�) made the decision to modify the accountability rules for schools and districts based on a one-year waiver NYSED received from the United States Department of Education (USDE) from certain requirements under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) as a result of the 桃色视频 pandemic.
